The VIPER-I/O serves as a low cost add-on module for the PXA255 based VIPER and VIPER-Lite products. The VIPER-I/O provides a selection of opto-isolated inputs, outputs, relay control, push switches and status indicators. The VIPER-I/O is ideal for implementing real world connections for machine automation, instrumentation and for use as a reference platform for educational training.
